I Love To Read! Read! Read
Right now I'm reading a James Patterson & Maxine Paetro novel. The title? The 6th Target. Check it out! I'm almost finished. Any suggestions for my next read?

4th of July 2010
Okay! Next up is the 4th of July.
Here's another great chance to show our American patriotism. Here's to America, the land of the free. It's not perfect but it's The Best thing going. Happy Birthday USA.
I'm proud to be an American.
How will you spend your holiday? Be sure to remember our veterans and say a prayer for our soldiers in active duty, who are deployed all over the world. Pray for a safe return and pray for their families. God bless and keep our military who help keep our country safe and our freedom alive.

Happy Belated Father's Day
Oh my. I wasn't feeling well and I missed posting a father's day comment. Please forgive me.
So I will say happy belated father's day to all the wonderful fathers, mine included. I love you dad even though you have gone on to be with the Lord. You were a great father and I miss you so very much.

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!
Let's give a well deserved shout out for all MOTHERS and to the special people who have taken on the role of MOTHER. Be it sister, aunt, grandmother, foster mother, cousin, whoever - We salute you! We reverence you! We appreciate you! And we say with all our love, from the bottom of our heart, MOTHER, WE LOVE YOU! HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!
I had a great MOTHER. She was one of the kindest, most loving, gentle and caring person you could ever meet. She has gone on to be with the Lord. Oh how I miss her. And on this note, I urge everyone to love and spend time with your mother while you can. All year long, not just on MOTHER'S DAY. Give her flowers and gifts while you can. Spend quality time with her while you can. If you are not speaking to your mother, if you are angry at her (or she is angry at you), please try to make up.
Mother's are to be a special gift to us. I know there are some almost impossible situations when relating to others. If you have done all you can do to have a relationship with your mother, and it is just an impossible situation, rest in the knowledge that you did all you could to make it work. Pray for the relationship and ask God to heal your relationship with your mother. I agree in prayer with you that it will work out. We can't force someone to like us and come around us, we can only try. If it doesn't work out, it doesn't work out.
I wish I still had my mother here. She was awesome. We had a beautiful relationship. We cooked together, we went to church together, we went out to eat together, we went to the movies and traveled together. She was my best friend, someone I could confide in, someone who prayed for me daily.
So I salute my mother, even though she is not here anymore, I say HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY MOM! I LOVE YOU!
